Catch flutter errors in bootstrap #165

add this to bootstrap.dart in platform root package

  FlutterError.onError = (details) {
    logger.error(details.exceptionAsString(), details.exception, details.stack);
  };

Development mode should be handled with care as good stacktrace is required for a good debugging/dev expericene.
