How to use double quotes in cmd?

As i know, output chords such as S-' can use as double quote " , but how to use it in cmd command??
For example, i want do cmd to some file, such as mycommand -file "file path has space"
how to map (cmd mycommand -file "" ) ? i test many solution such as \ or S-' to replace " or '"file path"', it is useless.

workaround on windows FOR %A IN (*.*) DO @ECHO.%~sA tells you the folder names in 8.3 Format.
I use a batch file to wrap my commands like cmdiso (cmd-output-keys today.cmd)

Can i ask other question, how to map ctrl+shift+a to a cmd? I cant find any example, now my code is like this

this works well if i press ctrl+a, but when i press ctrl+shift+a, it will do same action as ctrl+a, i want to remap ctrl+shift+a, but dont know how to do it.

If it's fine to keep lctl and lsft active, you could just use switch: simulator

You could also have the a action be (multi (release-key lctl) (release-key lsft) ...) if you need the keys released.

(cmd-output-keys cmd /C r#"echo ( t e s t )"# ) works
but
(cmd-output-keys cmd /C "echo ( t e s t )" ) also works

I had this in my config and it stopped outputting anything (not used for a long time because cmd is faster than powershell)
(cmd-output-keys powershell.exe -Command "echo '(' ((Get-Date -Format 'yyyy-MM-dd').toCharArray() -join ' ') ')'")
r# is now required for it to work
(cmd-output-keys powershell.exe -Command r#"echo '(' ((Get-Date -Format 'yyyy-MM-dd').toCharArray() -join ' ') ')'"#)

But now inner double quotes also work
(cmd-output-keys powershell.exe -NoProfile -NoLogo -NonInteractiv -Command r#"echo "(" ((Get-Date -Format "yyyy-MM-dd").toCharArray() -join " ") ")""#)

I am use (cmd osascript -e "tell application \"Spotify\" to playpause") but it does not work. I've tried to escape the double quotes around Spotify in so many different ways but none seem to work. Any help with in getting this to work? I'm using Mac and kanata 1.6.1.
