Remap a key only when it is pressed on its own

Hi, currently I want to remap lmeta to S-F9 only when it's pressed alone, and behave normally otherwise. This is similar to what ksuperkey does.

I have tried using tap-hold but having the extra delay before you can press another key kind of throws me off. Is there any way to achieve this?

There are multiple variants of tap-hold that might work better. I'm unfamiliar with ksuperkey and what its precise behaviour is so I can't give a precise recommendation.

Basically it's tap-hold but instead of categorizing an input as tap or hold based on time. It is considered based on if it's a combination of key presses or a single key press.
