Gas Limit for External Calls #3

The external calls to transfer ETH might fail if the gas cost increases. Using call with a specific gas limit can mitigate this issue

event SignerAddressChanged(address indexed previousSigner, address indexed newSigner);
function setSignerAddress(address payable _newAddress) external onlyOwner {
require(_newAddress != address(0), "INVALID_SIGNER");
address previousSigner = signer;
signer = _newAddress;
emit SignerAddressChanged(previousSigner, _newAddress);
}
