i have iPhone 6 iOS 8.4, installed Lower Install, but how will it work. How I shall I be able to install & download apps requiring iOS 9 or maybe 10. Because its not working

after reboot, go to settings, set desired ios version to spoof (such as 10.0), and you may also need to set a newer hardware identifier (for example use iPod7,1 instead of iPod5,1 to make 5th gen ipod appear as 6th gen). then install your app in app store. it probably wont work with most apps, either the apps just wont work because they were built for a newer ios and require some non-existant libraries, or the app just won't install, even with default options. you can uninstall in cydia, then you must reboot again.
