add steps to install jh_searchfacets:

git clone https://github.com/justicehub-in/ckanext-jh_searchfacets.git
cd ckanext-jh_searchfacets
python setup.py develop

add the following plugin to the list of plugins

ckan.plugins = ...... jh_searchfacets
