How to control the compression rate of licecap ?

I love licecap, it's awesome.
The gif’s jpeg is compressed well, but sometimes i would like to not so much .
Now is 2024 , and I would like to increase the imgsize of jpeg to get a better picture-look.

there is multiple options for me to solve this .

1. wait for the team work.
2. please teach me where the code , and I should learn object-c and build it myself .

would you help me ?
