Corner case: components deleted before they are used

Stumbled into this corner case. If we close the uvicorn run, but the tab is still open in the browser and when you start the uvicorn again
then for some reason the browser sends a page disconnect. This disconnect action actually ends up deleting all the components in
for the newly create page.
Some checks needs to be put it before deletion of components.
