Update to bundled metrics-server?

Just wondering if there's any reason why the bundled metrics-server is still at v0.3.6? I've disabled it during installation and running a more recent version without any (apparent) issue.

We'll be updating it for the 1.22 release, as v0.3.6 doesn't work with the new Kubernetes version.
