Leave --cluster-init in k3s.service?

When installing K3s via the installation script, the --cluster-init is added to the ExecStart-line of the k3s.service-file. Can I safely keep that option, even when restarting the service/server, or should I remove it, because it would destroy the already existing installation?
The same goes for the --serverparameter of the other control-nodes: Keep it? Delete it?

Ignore this, it seems both parameters are ignored once the storage is initialized.
