Even after adding all the netlink support, this library will still make use of sysfs inspection, specially for the vdpa and pci bus management.
We should consider a filesystem mocking mechanism such as the one implemented by https://github.com/Mellanox/sriovnet/tree/master/pkg/utils. That would allow us to increase the test coverage.
