RegistryNode: Menu and Title improvements

Several improvements of the general layout of the Menu and Title:

• always show 'Hamburger' icon? (leave 'Menu' as text in desktop version)
• Title in mobile mode should be smaller
• Menu item text and icon alignment to the left (easier to read than centered)
• decouple Menu and forms in layout. The Menu should open over the forms. This also provides more space for the forms. Maybe use tabs for multiple forms or as clear layout within a form flow?
• Menubar contrast with 'Luchtfoto' should be improved
• Menu item 'Observatiedoelen' should be Observatie­doelen so it will be wrapped automatically when the space is to small (nice tip!)
• 'Log off' should be checked with an 'Are you sure?' pop up
