Ongoing maintenance?

This is a rather important extension for the Ruby on vscode ecosystem. There are a few important updates created by the community for new ruby syntax #32 and #43 especially. If the original author does not intend to manage this project any longer someone else should publish a more up-to-date fork on the extension marketplace.
