Black screen when linked MetalANGLE on qt using glew. #73

Hello, needs some help.

I have QT application on macOS, both using glew and MetalANGLE. when I import MetalANGLE, it appears black screen. Works well if do not link MetalANGLE.

Here's the sample project.
