Switch overall language - multilingual blog

I would like to have a solution to switch via menu-item between different languages (e.g. english to german).

All terms (e.g. sidebar menu, i18n Strings ) should be translated.

@Martin1001 is that a feature of the existing Hexo theme? my understanding is that this theme intends to follow the upstream as closely as possible. as a result, if the upstream repo does not provide such a feature perhaps it's worth asking there instead so both users of Hexo and Hugo may benefit from such a feature (if implemented).
