Resurrect Prismic integration

We're quite a ways forward on node, and kstat. I'm not wed to firing up the old branch necessarily. I can recreate the work on a newer fork – though I don't want to assume what will be more work.

The goal here is to get a demo going for FAMSF and also for Crispin's talk at Drupal North.

@RobLoach I did the following:
checked out this branch:
https://github.com/kalamuna/kalastatic/tree/prismic
added an .nvmrc file containing 0.12
and ran

$ nvm install 0.12
$ nvm use

and npm start seems to choke on metalsmith build
Metalsmith · failed to require plugin "metalsmith-collections-convention".
