the "Power" button doesn't work when the player status is "idle"(Apple TV)

I'm using this card with my Apple TV.
I found an issue where the card's "Power" button can only turn off Apple TV when the player state is "Playing" and "Paused", and turn on Apple TV when the player state is "standby".
But the "Power" button doesn't work when the player status is "idle".
