When will the docker image be updated with latest changes?

If not wanting to build your own container, I'd recommend updating from within the container once you've got it installed. They've got the command syntax here - while it's less than optimal (since you'd need to manually re-update if the container ever has to be recreated), it's at least an option.

Just be sure you've got your config and data mapped so it's persistent (can't be too cautious!), and you should be good to go 👍
