Screen Borders

I mean, this is not really necessary tho, anyways it's possible to add screen borders like in the undertale and well that would be really cool you know, so yeah this is basically possible thx to ossafe_fill_rectangle calls and others. Idk if I'm even going to implement this but the scripts are there (and all 7 or 8 locals are there too) this just needs a bit of work ;D
