The official tools for measuring internet speed in your country

Hello,
I would like to ask you if you have an office in your country that deals with communication networks (Internet) and its speeds and quality.

In the Czech Republic, it is the CTU (Czech Telecommunication Office), which now has an official tool for measuring Internet speed (this test should be certified and accurate).

I would like to make country-specific plugins that add the ability to take advantage of your country's official certified test.
Universal Speedtest now offers measurements using speedtest.net (Ookla) and speed.cloudflare.com (Cloudflare). These tests are available for each country, but they are not a certified test, so they may be inaccurate or offer long-distance servers, which a certified test in your country should eliminate.
