Some strange output in MLST summary report

Hi,

I have run the bifrost specific genes track on a selection of isolates (MLST only). The results can be found here;
/work/projects/nn9305k/ecoli/analysis/NoResist/solveig_test/Bifrostresults/MLST/MLST_NoResist/mlst_results

Most isolates looks fine, but for six isolates, some strange filenames have intruded into the mlst summary report, for example;
66-2011-01-5252-1_S41 155* 66-2011-01-5252-1_S41_ariba 66-2011-01-5252-1_S41_mlst_report.tsv 66-2011-01-5252-1_S41_R1_concat.fq.gz 66-2011-01-5252-1_S41_R2_concat.fq.gz 4 14 16 24 8 14

When i run these isolates on Ariba MLST I get nice results.
