Our CSW harvester needs to be updated in order to be able to correctly extract the relevant metadata fields from remote sources.

While working on this I have uncovered a bug in ckanext-spatial:

ckan/ckanext-spatial#277

In the meanwhile, since we are using the v1.0.0 tag of ckanext-spatial here, I'm implementing a workaround that consists in using a second CKAN plugin class just for the harvesting-related customizations
