Fixes compatibility issues with newer versions of HA. I'm not a developer, so don't expect new features or fixing new issues. If you want to improve the integration, feel free to create a pull request.
Copy to custom_components and use UI or installable via HACS.
Currently only usage of username and password is working.

- ? real deliver time (currently no API available)
