Discord Issue is invalid mentioned in README.md file

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/kaushik-rishi/rocketcp
2. Click on 'Here is our discord server link - https://discord.gg/axfEwf6K' mentioned in README.md
3. It will show an invalid link.

Expected behavior:

A link should redirect to our active discord group.
