FR: Copy Permalinked Reference as MD #21

For providing code hints, I would like to write the name of a class (or method) and link to it.

Example: org.jabref.logic.importer.fileformat.CitaviXmlImporter

Current Steps:

Right click on CitaviXmlImporter
Select "Copy / Paste Special"
Select "Copy Reference"
Switch to Firefox (which as an issue opened)
Type [` in the issue
Paste that into the issue
Type `]( in the issue
Switch to IntelliJ
Right click on CitaviXmlImporter
Select "Copy Permalink"
Switch to Firefox
Paste
Type ) in the issue

Instead of these ten steps, I would like to have

Right click on CitaviXmlImporter
Select "Copy Permanlinked Reference as MD"
Switch to Firefox (which as an issue opened)
Paste (in the issue)
