It would be nice if all accesses to fram could be logged in realtime to a channel on IRC or matrix.

What Matrix command line 'bot' / 'message signal' options are there?
I've tried IRC based ones in the past - but that seemed to be a pain due to the time to 'log in' and then rate limit the transmission.
