Problem

Hi, I'd like to allow plugin to change the pvp mechanism only in specific region (so old pvp will be only there), or via the specific permission, so only the players with specific permissions will have old pvp (I can then allow this permission only in worldguard)

Proposed solution

Add worldguard support or add permission that force enable/disable the mechanisms for players
