Some users would like a way to have leaderboards for specific rooms, as well as global leaderboard.

Some things we need to figure out:

How/where is the data tracked? Currently the user object owns all score information. Do we add per-room information there and then make the total score the aggregate of that?
What do the command inputs look like?
