Overview of metadata cleanup procedures

• Add "Contributing Institution" to all UO collection
• Change mime/type to appropriate format for new system
• Link archival copies to metadata through a metadata field with the file name
• Map metadata fields as Linked Data (YAML file)
• Specify instructions in comment for all new methods (in YAML file)
• Add terms to open linked data vocabularies (e.g. Geonames)
• Create linked terms for new needed properties (opaquenamespace.jsonLD)
• Create linked terms for new needed values (opaquenames.jsonLD, rights.jsonLD, and opaqueterms.jsonLD)
