It would be great if spirit issues were flagged for easy follow-up (7 or less / any 0s / any text).  Also, 15s and up might need a different flag for being too high.  This would be great if it was just like the score disagreement flag.

He did notice, use and understand the disagreement flag though so that is a plus. I guess the yellow row for spirit was not obvious. Really though it is not obvious.
