meta(android): team review of Android UX

On Monday 29 August 2022 we did a team review of the user experience on Android and documented a number of issues. This is a holding issue to group the identified problems:

• bug(android): Holding backspace also seems to trigger a longpress on another random key  #7155
• bug(web): unnecessary flicker on banner while typing #7162
• bug(common/models): predictions are not always giving useful results #6985
• feat(android): accepting a suggestion then adding punctuation should delete automatically added space #7163
• feat(android): acceptance of a correction mid-word should replace whole word #7164
• bug(android): Initial suggestions when starting a new field are not always Initial cased #7165
• feat(common/models): support phrase predictions #7166
• bug(web): selecting the "undo" suggestion breaks subsequent input #7167
• feat(android): when selecting text, the keyboard has no context and thus gives Initial case, usually wrongly #7168
• bug(android): At start of input, pressing globe key, going back, leads to stuck shift key #7169
• bug(android): polish - toast notifications when there’s nothing to update are annoying #7170
• feat(android): automatically update keyboards and lexical models #7171
• bug(android): Holding backspace appears to desync context between web and app. #7172
• bug(web): Rapid typing on first caps letter sometimes gives TWo cap letters (touch) 🐵 #7173
