Manually request a cookie re-import for sites that use DDoS/Firewall protection or session tokens.

Since version 3.22.1 there is a new feature in the app to get passed DDOS/Firewall checks for some booru sites.
However in some cases the app will not trigger a reload of the cookies when required.
Or sometimes the server side may for whatever reason lose trust.

In such cases it would be nice to be able to trigger the re-import by hand.

At the moment for example it will not trigger if the cookie expires while the app is not running.
So being able to trigger it yourself after encountering issues could be nice.
Especially if this removes the need to clear your cache in order to force a re-import.
