[BUG ] : the back to top button is not present in the menu page

I noticed that the 'back to top' button is present on all other pages except the menu page. I would like to add this button to the menu page as well.

Adding a "back to top" button on the menu page ensures consistent user experience across all pages of your project. It allows users to easily navigate back to the top of the page regardless of where they are, enhancing usability and convenience.
