[Triage] Channel is being added as a playlist

Describe the bug
Sometimes when I add a channel it instead gets added as if it was a playlist (collection_type is playlist and not channel) and when this happens "- Videos" is added to the name. Weirdly I re-added some where this happened and it seemed to fix itself for those channels, but not this particular one. To clarify, I'm not entering the URL for the video tab, just for the channel.

For me it happens with this channel, and doesn't seem to fix itself if I re-add it.

3. Save source
4. See error

Expected behavior
Being added as a channel and not a playlist.

It seems to be doing it with every channel now so I don't think it's channel dependent. Maybe this is a weird symptom of rate limiting?

I tried adding it locally and it seems to work. When you view the source in Pinchflat, what's listed as its original_url?

It's fixed itself again so I already re-added those entries, but I'll make sure to check when it comes back
