Missed attestations not reported in log

I am using Lighthouse 5.1.0 without the --beacon-type flag because that fails calling the liveness endpoint. Suboptimal inclusion is reported for missed attestations but not the missed attestations themselves.

Thanks for the report, which version of the watcher are you using?

APIs between beacons are now aligned so we'll likely remove the beacon-type flag soon, it shouldn't be the issue here.

We are using it on production as well against lighthouse 5.0.0 and we don't see this issue, so this is likely a regression with 5.1.0, I'll keep you updated once I try it on 5.1.0 and come up with a fix.
