Acrylic transparency causes extremely slow window dragging #279

Description

When the acrylic transparency effect is enabled, dragging the window is extremely slow.

Shown here:
Dragging works fine with the blur effect, but in acrylic mode the window moves slower than the mouse and the cursor gets stuck to the top bar until the drag is complete.
