I modified the current version to perform syncrnoization of deleted files

I just thought I'd attach this in case someone else wants a quick-n-dirty hack 
to synchronize google drive "deletes." Simply replace GDocBackupLib.dll with 
the one attached to this ticket, or recompile it from source code (the only 
changes were to Backup.cs). I haven't noticed any issues with it. If someone 
wants to make this a command line option that would be great, I noticed a 
couple users asking for it.
