If you select a page in the pagination dialog, that has already been paginated (for example, Roman twelve), the fields below read Arabic, 1 (or whatever you last entered). I feel that this is inconsistent.
Goal: I would expect the value of the selected page to be set in these fields. If several pages are selected, the value of the first selected page should be set. If the (first) selected page is unpaginated, the value should be initialized with Arabic, 1 as before, and should not change.

Technically, it would no be possible to pre fill the fields of the form, when a page is pre selected. The reason for that, is because there is no way to get this data (the pagination type, mode ..) out of the selected page.
As an alternative solution, we could in this case set the textfields with placeholders (e.g. pagination starting value), and the dropdown lists with 'no selected option' as a default values to make the form less confusing. Like this for example:
