This JAR can be run as is, with `java -jar forceatlas2-*-jar-with-dependencies.jar`.

The move to Maven (from ant) is the major change here.
This also allowed to remove the huge gephi-toolkig JAR.
On my repo, I removed it from the history aswell in my master branch.
If you are not keen on using Maven, you might want to cherry-pick some of the commits from here, or tell me to do that, and maybe include this branch as
master-mavenbranch.
