Can open and close the app, but no UI appears. Was OK yesterday.

My version and system:

Version: 0.23.0
Electron: 4.2.2
Chrome: 69.0.3497.128
Node: 10.11.0
V8: 6.9.427.31-electron.0
OS: Linux x64 4.15.0-204-generic
AMD64 cpu, 32g RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 gpu
