Feature Request: Sync except for hashtag(s)

The now defunct crossposter.masto.donte.com.br enabled an exclusion filter, basically the inverse of #7, so that, for example Twitter posts tagged "#onhere", "#twitter" etc. could be excluded from reposting to Mastodon.

This would be most useful if it allow for multiple possible strings to be in the exclusion list.

I'm not sure how active development of this tool is, but this feature would be greatly appreciated.
