AUDIO SWAP CONVERSION

wav and raw never do this. aiff and cda do. Seems that cda is the same as raw with swap.
If you pass aiff or cda AND swap, then swap doesn't happen.
1. Read 2 bytes
2. Swap bytes
3. Write 3 bytes
.. Definitely want to buffer this to do more reading and writing at once



ISO CONVERSIONS

Converting to ISO/2048
(It's done because the image data contains a lot of data that is only needed for disc images. 2048 is straight user data)
1. Read 1 sector of image data
2. Skip the header data:
    Mode2: 24 if sector_size is 2352
            8 if sector_size is 2336
            0 otherwise
    Other: 16 if sector_size is 2352
            0 otherwise
3. Write first 2048 bytes of the sector


Converting to Mac format:
1. Read 1 sector
2. Write "00 00 08 00  00 00 08 00"
3. Write first 2048 of the sector
