Patch file for Calendar module

Two minor changes were made to the original Calendar module:

1. A fix to avoid the iCal export clobbering identical iCal RRules (line 370, calendar.inc)
2. Changes to calendar-view-ical.tpl.php

For #1, this fix should be made to the original Calendar module. Alternatively, a patch file should be used.
For #2, an alternative template file should be created in trash_track.
