This is a bugfix/update compatibility update for build 1033.

Fixes:

• Fixed Particle and DynBone Limiter settings not showing up since build 1032
• Fixed Advanced Safety failing on Build 1033
• Fixed FavCat not handling deleted content - clicking on deleted avatars/worlds/users will now correctly delete them from favorites and database.
• Added a "Re-fetch favorites" button to "More FavCat" menu. It can be used if your store got corrupted and you had no backups (so you had to delete the store) - it will fetch your existing favorites from the API (same speed as import). Game restart will be required once re-fetch is done.
• Fixed some other minor issues and exceptions
