Öncelikle bu form için çok teşekkürler.

Okunabilir bir Captcha ekleyebilirsen daha iyi olur,

Contact Reason kutucuğunun boyutlarını, text alanı gibi büyük yaparsan daha iyi olur,

Contact Reason yazısını Departman olarak değiştirirsen daha iyi olur,

Contact Reason kutucuğunun altına Subject kutucuğu eklersen daha iyi olur,

Multi language olabilir, inc\langauge.php gibi,

Tek sayfadan multi language gösterilebilir.
