Fixing BT mode compile error with latest esp-idf(v3.0 or later)

2 files are needed to be fixed in BT mode.

I fixed this compile error with above changes.
I have no right to commit on this repository, so anyone who have right to commit may fix this compile errors.

Hey, Great work. I don't expect the owner to update the changes because this had been raised before and if the owner had done it himself, this would have been long resolved. FYI, the owner is probably too busy with his hardware product promotion.
