PSCX REarmed 22.0.0.9.2 addon Kodi
On some ROMs, this emulator hangs tightly, sometimes with restarting the TV box. Parasite Eve2 freezes at the very beginning of the game. Can all these bugs be fixed in the update?

In order to troubleshoot this, I'll need to reproduce in a debugger. Please be more descriptive in your bug reports to help me figure out what you've done:

  • What "TV box"?
  • What ROMs?
  • What Kodi version?

I have been using these roms for a very long time - on other emulators they work without a single crash

Thanks for the info. Hacktoberfest is coming up next month, and I might have a chance to work on fixing this. I'll try reproducing on my end.

In the meantime, if you get a chance, do you want to try installing the Estuary skin and testing that? It's likely that CoreELEC hasn't finished controller support. I even see a feature they're missing in their configuration window. Let me know if Estuary works.

I also noticed texture bugs and a jumping frame rate in the eiulator.

If possible, please correct
And about the skins, I went through all the skins that are in CoreElec-nothing helped

I usually don't take responsibility for fixing emulator bugs. The best thing to do is to reproduce with RetroArch, and then report the bug upstream.

I realize now that Estuary is probably not an option for CoreELEC - we store the sources next to Kodi, not in an add-on repo. Thanks for trying other skins though.

If possible, please correct

Since adding games to Kodi I got a fulltime job, which takes up most of my time now. Because October is Hacktoberfest, I hope to be able to spend some time on Kodi again. If not, apologies.

CoreELEC actually uses Estuary as its default skin (modified to red color scheme).

PCSX ReARMed version 22.0.0.23 has been released. Can you give this a try?

(verison version 22.0.0.23 will be uploaded tonight. 22.0.0.22, released yesterday, is available now, also fine to test with)
