Some providers (such as Nos in Portugal) do not remove extra meta data for MPTS streams which means the correct program ID is not selected by Kodi.

From Kodi 18.4 it will be possible to explicitly set the ID via a setting in the addon. To enable this go the addons settings: General->Set program id for live channel or recorded streams.

Note that this is an addon setting because there is a slight increase in the delay when switching channels. The addon version must be at a least 3.26.0.
