On the ACM setting page, there is

Final version format

Before contacting ACM and collecting eRights from authors, you should allow authors to finalize their submissions’ titles and author lists. First open the site for final version submissions, then [mail the authors](https://eurosys25.hotcrp.com/mail?plimit=1&q=%23acm%3Apub&t=acc&recipients=dec%3Ayes&template=acmproceedingtitleauthorcheck).

I have the impression that this error message has absolutely nothing to do with the format of the final version. Also, it is not clear what to do to get it to go away. We set up collecting final versions. The above instructions suggests that it is obligatory to use the above link for mailing the authors, rather than just going to Mail and sending them a message in the normal way. But in any case, clicking on the above mail link and sending a message didn't cause the message to go away.
