Align trader price styling more with all the other styles #150

The trader unlock part of the trader price in the table doesn't fit with the rest of the layout.

It should probably have the optional quest unlock icon inlined with the text and the text size reduced to math all the other "small text" we have on other parts of the item table, for example the cost items row in a barter table
